Pocket Doors, Attic Access, Cabinet Installation, Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures. Flooring also.

Custom Tile

Design, build and install custom showers. Remove bathtubs and install new bathtub. Install tile tub surround along w/ trim kit. Custom tile back splashes installed to your design.

Additions/ New Construction

Additions to existing structures per. homeowners specifications. General add ons or typical expansions are inspected and roofed. Roofing materials are included in price.

Exterior Painting/Wood Panel Fence Installation

Removal of flaking, chipping, faded, paint. Before applying primer, caulk, seal, and sand areas of need. Depending on weather, estimated job time is 2-3 days. All windows, doors, exterior light fixtures are covered or removed. Installation of new items is billed on separate invoice. Wood Panel or (Picket) Fence installation is priced by the job.Wood Treater or any sealant applied after completion are included in the price. Painting, Extra Gates or openings (Post Completion.) are billed separately.
